Many of the questions we get are rather all-encompassing; how much do you charge to time a race, what services do you provide, what is a good date to hold a race, etc. These questions are best answered by calling us rather than exchanging long and complex emails. Some of our answers will even differ based on responses you give to questions we may ask you beforehand.
Pretzel City operates out of the owner’s home; that phone number is 610-779-2668. Because we DO operate out of our home, we welcome calls 7 days a week from 7:30 AM till 9:30 PM, EXCEPT during Philadelphia Eagles games, Survivor or the Amazing Race. However, we have additional staff in office on Monday thru Friday from 7:30 AM till 12:30 PM. Your best chance to get someone “live” is during those hours. If you get our message machine instead, please leave a message with some details on what subject you wish to discuss and CLEARLY & SLOWLY leave your name, a phone number and a best time to call. Normally, we can get back to you in a day or two.
Ways that you should NOT contact us is by text or social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, etc. These methods do NOT go directly to the employees of Pretzel City Sports and there is no guarantee that we will get them
