Below are races for which PCS has set up Online Registration. Such races are listed in order by race date.  To enter an event, scroll down this page to its “race date” and then click on that link. This will take you instantly to the Registration Page for that race. Types of payments accepted on our site include all the major credit cards, debit cards, electronic transfers, PayPal, etc. Once your entry has been submitted and accepted,  a confirmation screen will appear This will be followed up with a Confirmation Email to the address you supplied. If you don’t get an immediate confirmation, it’s probable that it did NOT accept your entry UNLESS your security software blocks automatically generated emails or when a typo occurs in the email address that you input. If you are uncertain, as a result, of whether your entry went through, contact us via email. STRICTLY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS AND FORMATS FOR INFO ON THE INPUT SCREENS WILL MINIMIZE THE CHANCE THAT YOU WILL BE UNSUCCESSFUL IN YOUR ATTEMPT.

While it can be somewhat cumbersome, for both legal & data collection reasons, only one entry can be done per screen input/payment process.

We are now set up to take multiple registration without leaving the site. There will still be a serv. fee for each person registered. Also, remember that your credit card statement will NOT list the name of the race; it will list Pretzel City Sports as the vendor of record. Be sure to share this with whomever pays that bill. 

For weekend races, online reg closes at Midnight, the Wed. of race week; race directors need time to download their entries and prepare their bibs/packets. Midweek races have a deadline of midnight, two days before the event (a Thurs night event’s online reg would close at midnight on Tues).  If you miss this deadline, most races allow runners to enter on race day, usually accepting cash or checks but rarely accepting credit cards. To confirm that the race you wish to enter accepts “day of” entries or to ask general questions about “day of” entry ( Are there shirts left? What time does registration open? How much is it? etc.), check out the race application on our site first, for such answers and, if not addressed on the app, contact the race director listed on the app or race calendar, NOT Pretzel City. We do not know the answers to such questions unless it is a race that we, ourselves, are holding. 

Pretzel City Sports also encourages you to contact us to set up Online Registration for your event, even if we have no affiliation with it or even if it is not a race. In the past, we have even set up online registration and payment for spin-a-thons, tennis tournaments, charity donations and wine & cheese fundraisers, just to mention a few. You may now pay for up to 4 eblasts at a time. If doing so , please make sure you fill in the approx broadcasts dates for each one. If ordering multiple eblasts, you must still send us the content 3-5 business days before the broadcast date, even if it is the same as before.
