We hold 21 races annually ourselves plus we time, promote and provide guidance to 470+ other events a year, using marketing, promotion and race design tools that we have accumulated over the 30 years we have directed races. These tools and our involvement in the whole process make us practically unique in the race timing industry, since most timers just show up to the race that day, time it and go home. We are involved with the race from day 1 until race day, providing guidance, tools, material review, runner lists, online registration, etc. These services are ESPECIALLY crucial for brand new races that are starting from ground zero. Since we time over such a broad area, we have excellent resources for quite a few locations within our region and we’re CONFIDENT that we can make your race more successful and easier to organize as well.

The fee we will quote will be for manual timing, which is how we will time 95% of the races we time each year.  We also can provide chip timing. If that is the type of timing for which you are looking for a cost, just let us know. But most races in our area do not NEED chip timing and since that expense is normally 2-3 times what we charge for manual timing, we would only suggest that you incur that additional expense if you really NEED to.  If you DO want a price for chip timing or for both types of timing, let us know that in the  “tell us” section.
